Guests on this Episode

Lynne Patti

Lynne Patti is a stay at home, homeschooling mama of 5 vibrant children. She is an editor and contributor to the Kindred Mom blog and podcast. Kindred Mom serves as a fulfilling break for Lynne from the every day mom-tasks of Cheerio pouring and fixing “funny socks.” She enjoys singing weekly with a professional choir, Lego building, and most importantly, connecting with good friends over good food. In her adulthood, she has found that God is real, gracious and abounding in love. Lynne and her family live in Los Angeles where, after 16 years, big city living has become their jam.

Robin Chapman

Robin Chapman is a full-time imperfect mama, wife, and Jesus follower. She lives in Fairbanks, Alaska with her husband of 13 years and four children (ages 1 to 7). She’s trying hard to learn how to do this motherhood thing in a way that doesn’t land the whole family in intensive therapy, and she has a heart for helping other mamas buried in the little years know they are normal and there is hope. You can find her hiding out in the bathroom with a cup of coffee, or online looking for grace in her mundane and crazy life on her blog, Instagram, or Facebook.

Melanie Dale

Melanie Dale is the author of four books: Women Are Scary, It’s Not Fair, Infreakinfertility, and Calm the H*ck Down, a parenting book with Simon & Schuster coming out next spring. She’s a monthly contributor for the popular parenting site, Coffee+Crumbs, and her essays are included in their book, The Magic of Motherhood. In addition to writing, Melanie enjoys hosting her podcast, Lighten Up with Melanie Dale, and speaking at events and conferences around the country. She lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, Alex, and their three kids.
